About : DaBella is currently seeking an Account Manager to help oversee our daily operations within our Accounting team.
Accounting Manager Requirements :
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: AP, AR, general ledger and taxes
- Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations
- Oversee our real estate accounting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintain strong employee relationships
